APPARATUS, METHOD AND PROGRAM FOR DETERMINING TEST TARGET, AND NETWORK MONITORING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a test time without reducing the space covered by a test, by enabling an inter-base fixed-point observation between to be easily judged while taking a network structure into account in network monitoring.

SOLUTION: A test target determining apparatus determines a target of a communication quality test to be performed between test terminals on a network. The apparatus comprises: a route information requesting means for requesting network route information to all the test terminals on the network; a network configuration analyzing means which acquires the network route information from the test terminals and determines a configuration of the network on the basis of the network route information; and a test target determining means for determining a test target for each of bases constituting the network on the basis of the network configuration determined by the network configuration analyzing means.
