<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature adjusting device for preventing wasteful energy consumption by a rational method while securing a temperature adjusting capacity as the temperature adjusting device. <P>SOLUTION: This temperature adjusting device includes a control means for variably controlling a capacity of a blower, and further includes a temperature adjustment control accuracy detecting means M1 detecting a temperature of a temperature adjustment target fluid, and detecting the accuracy in controlling the temperature adjustment, and a temperature adjustment control accuracy determining means M4 for determining the tolerance of degradation of a circulating capacity in the blower on the basis of the detected temperature adjustment control accuracy, and the circulating capacity of a circulating means is degraded when it is determined that the degradation of circulating capacity is permitted by the temperature adjustment control accuracy determining means M4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
