摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the detection sensitivity in a mass analyzer of a sugar compound having N-glycosylamine originating from sugar protein or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The detection sensitivity enhancing method in a mass analyzing method of the sugar compound having N-glycosylamine includes the processes of: methylating the hydroxyl group and amino group in the sugar component having N-glycosylamine; selectively subjecting the methylated amino group, which is bonded to the anomer carbon of the reducing terminal of the sugar compound obtained in the methylation process, to acid hydrolysis to convert the same to a hemi-acetal hydroxyl group or a hemi-ketal hydroxyl group; labelling the sugar compound obtained in the acid hydrolyzing process by a labelling compound. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
