PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in coating bubbles, a first printing is delayed when printing is started after bubbles are prepared, and characteristic deterioration is generated when the bubbles are stored. SOLUTION: There are provided a small bubble preparing/storing part 211 for preparing and storing bubbles, and a coating roller 212 wherein bubbles 210 are supplied from a supply port of the small bubble preparing/storing part 211, and the bubbles 210 are coated on a recording medium 100 while supporting the bubbles 210 on the circumferential face. The bubbles 210 are prepared and stored in the small bubble preparing/storing part 211, and small bubbles are regenerated from bubbles changing into large bubbles by agitating the bubble in the small bubble preparing/storing part 211 in prescribed agitation timing in the waiting state.
