<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal cap capable of suppressing even looseness in the terminal twisting direction by a structure of a pair of clamping portions. Ž<P>SOLUTION: After closing a first cover 20 by storing a terminal 1 in a cap body 12 in the shape of placing a bending portion 2 on a bending portion placing wall 32 of a second clamp portion 25, when closing also a second cover 21, a first clamp portion 24 slidingly contacts with a surface of the bending portion 2 in response to closing operation of this second cover 21, and the bending portion 2 is clamped by the first clamp portion 24 and the second clamp portion 25. Since a pair of flexible arms 27 press the bending portion 2 while deflecting this flexible abutting portion 30, even if external force in the twisting direction is applied to the terminal 1, the pair of flexible arms 27 follow twisting, and as a result, the looseness in the twisting direction can be suppressed.
