<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an office cordless system in which ON/OFF of outside line incoming and extension line incoming to a terminal can be switched without the need for a user to set an incoming ON/OFF switching operation to the terminal, of which the location is registered in a base station, installed in a specific area of an office. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An office cordless system comprises: base stations 3A-3C; PHS terminal devices 4A-4C; a master unit 2; and a database 12 for storing, for each PHS terminal device, number information of the PHS terminal devices 4A-4C and any particular communication partner terminal among outside telephones. In call termination, the master unit 2 decides whether the call incoming is particular call incoming or normal call incoming and notifies the base station 3A of a decision result and in a case where the decision result indicates the particular call incoming, the base station 3A uses two LCCHs to perform call incoming calling to the call incoming destination PHS terminal device 4A. In a case where the decision result indicates the normal call incoming, the base station 3A uses any one LCCH to perform call incoming calling to the call incoming destination PHS terminal device 4A.
