PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic flowmeter which has no corner part where a flow channel is bent in a right angle and reduces the turbulence of flow of fluid to be measured generated at the corner part and generation of a shear layer or a pressure interface, with the flow channel simply manufacturable, and with the smallest number of members in contacted with the fluid to be measured in the flow measurement. SOLUTION: A single pipe member P made of fluororesin is bent to form sequentially a flow channel part 11 consisting of an upstream straight pipe part 12, a first bent pipe part 13, a center straight pipe part 14, a second bent pipe part 15, and a downstream straight pipe part 16. A first ultrasonic transmitting/receiving part 41 and a second ultrasonic transmitting/receiving part 42 are arranged on the outer peripheral sides of the first bent pipe part and second bent pipe part, respectively opposing to the pipe direction of the center straight pipe part. A first containing part 31 containing the first ultrasonic transmitting/receiving part and a second containing part 32 containing the second ultrasonic transmitting/receiving part are integrally connected to the flow channel part by insert molding of synthetic resin.
