PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire connection structural body for a circuit board, which can make smaller in size and lower in height a structure of a connection portion between a wire and a circuit board; and to provide a method of manufacturing a relay connector and a fixing method of the relay connector. SOLUTION: The wire connection structural body for a circuit board includes: a multiple number of cables (2) arranged laterally in one row; and a relay connector (35A) having a plate (14) and an FPC (13) of which at least one end of a first surface is fixed on a side of a front surface of the plate (14). The FPC (13) includes: a first electric contact surface having, on one end side of a second surface, a first conductor portion electrically connected with the multiple number of cables (2); a second electric contact surface having a second conductor portion to be connected with a circuit board (8), the second conductor portion being exposed on the other end side of the second surface; and a bent portion which is bent in a U-turn shape provided between the one end side and the other end side.
