PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perfecting printer wherein unfavorable effects to a printing process in which the other surface of a printing medium is printed by surely drying an ink of the printing medium of which one surface has been printed. SOLUTION: This perfecting printer 1 has a paper feeding means 3, a first printing means 5, a turning-over means 7, a loading means 9, a second printing means 13, and a controlling means 15. In this case, the paper feeding means 3 feeds a printing medium W. The first printing means 5 performs printing on one surface of the printing medium W which is fed from the paper feeding means 3. The turning-over means 7 turns over the printing medium W one surface of which has been printed by the first printing means 5 and makes the other surface into a printing surface. The loading means 9 loads the printing medium W one surface of which has been printed by the first printing means 5. The second printing means 13 performs printing on the other surface of the printing medium which has been loaded on the loading means 9. The controlling means 15 sets a loading number of sheets of the printing medium W being loaded on the loading means 9 in response to a transfer amount of the ink which is transferred to one surface of the printing medium W.
