<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the sense of being oppressed by a knee at an arm rest laterally of a driver's seat and to improve the operability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the utility vehicle having the arm rest 2 disposed in a longitudinal direction positioned laterally of the driver's seat 1, provided are a vehicle speed change means of the vehicle on an upper surface 2a formed flatly to form an operation member guide surface 3 by swelling a part of the upper surface 2a upward in an almost circular shape. A control lever 4 for lifting a utility machine is provided at the operation member guide surface 3 for moving along the shape.
