<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer structure, which has excellent adhesion strength between polyether polyamide elastomer and thermoplastic polyurethane. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The multilayer structure is obtained by laminating a polyether polyamide elastomer (layer) obtained by polymerizing (A1) an aminocarboxylic compound and/or (A2) a lactam compound, (B) a triblock polyether diamine compound and (C) a dicarboxylic compound and a thermoplastic polyurethane.
