The present invention relates to a transcortical anchoring device comprising a bolt composed of a female element (1) which forms a nut and cooperates with a threaded male element (2), characterized in that said female element (1) comprises, from front to rear, an intraosseous casing (10) which is provided with a proximal guide section (10a) and an internally threaded distal section (10b) and is continued by a transmucosal flange (11) and a fastening endpiece (12), whereas said male element (2) comprises, from front to rear, a threaded rod (20b) which engages by screwing with said distal section (10b) of the casing (10), a blocking cylinder (20a) which engages with said proximal section (10a) of the casing (10), an intraosseous shoulder (23), a transmucosal flange (21) and a fastening endpiece (22). |
