Provided is a lens block manufacturing method wherein optical performance fluctuation due to a manufacture error of parallel flat plate thickness can be corrected. With such method, a lens block having stable optical performance can be mass-produced, and a low-cost and small imaging lens having excellent aberration performance, an imaging device and a portable terminal using the imaging device are provided. The lens block manufacturing method is provided with a step of measuring the thickness of the lens substrate; a step of adjusting a gap between the lens substrate and a molding die, based on the measured thickness of the lens substrate; and a step of curing a resin between the adjusted molding die and the lens substrate.
