PURPOSE: A hydraulic water gate opening-closing device is provided to reduce energy to open and close a water gate by making ascent and descent speed of the water gate identical. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic water gate opening-closing device comprises a second check valve(27), a third pilot check valve(25), a working fluid tank(14) and a fourth pilot check valve(22). The second check valves are formed in the lower line of a two way-pump(12). The third pilot check valve is built in the branch line of the two way-pump to the upper side. The fourth pilot check valve is built in on the line connecting the working fluid tank to the lower line.
