<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal bellows type accumulator having improved durability and safety by releasing liquid from a liquid chamber to prevent the deformation of a metal bellows and damage thereto when the pressure of the liquid in the liquid chamber is increased with fire in the zero-down condition that the metal bellows is shrunk. <P>SOLUTION: The metal bellows type accumulator comprises a seal means consisting of an elastic material seal member in which a metal reinforcing ring is embedded, and a holder holding the seal member on the side of a cap in an axially movable manner, and a communication means for communicating the liquid chamber with an introduction hole when the seal member is burnt down to abut on the reinforcing ring. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
