<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact radio-wave sensor capable of discriminating the position and the moving state of an object to be sensed with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of receiving antennas (a pair of receiving electrodes 22a, 22b, and a pair of receiving electrodes 22c, 22d) are arranged approximately symmetrically with respect to the center of a transmitting antenna (a transmitting electrode 12) for emitting a radio-wave beam as a reference, at positions which arrange the center of the transmitting antenna and the centers of the plurality of receiving antennas approximately on the same straight line. A radio-wave beam emitted from the transmitting antenna, collides with the object to be sensed, is reflected and returns. The return beam is received, and currents flowing in the plurality of receiving antennas are detected with diodes 24a, 24b. Based on the detection results, the movement of the object to be sensed is determined by an operation determination circuit provided in a controller 53. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
