PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement composition capable of exhibiting dispersion performance of cement particles and an effect of holding fluidity in a good balance, and to provide cement paste, cement mortar, concrete and a production method of a cement hardened body.

SOLUTION: The cement composition to be used by mixing with a polycarboxylic acid-based high-performance AE (air entraining) water reducing agent comprises a cement component and a blast furnace slag, in which the blast furnace slag is included by 1.0 to 3.5 mass% with respect to the total amount of the cement component and the blast furnace slag.
