PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor type air conditioning device can reduce labor-hour for arrangement work of refrigerant piping in independently installing an outdoor unit and an indoor unit, and not impairing appearance caused by the exposed refrigerant piping and the like. SOLUTION: A casing 1 is composed of a casing lower section 12 received under a floor through an opening 30 formed on a floor surface 3 or placed on the floor surface 3 in a state of closing the opening 30 formed on the floor surface 3, and a casing upper section 11 formed on an upper side of the casing lower section 12 and positioned on the floor surface 3. An indoor air flow channel 4, a suction opening 41 and a discharge opening 42 are formed on the casing upper section 11. The indoor air flow channel 4 is provided with a heat exchanger 23 of a heat pump 2 used as one of an evaporator and a condenser, and a fan 43. The casing lower section 12 is provided with an outdoor air flow channel 5, a suction opening 51 and a discharge opening 52 in a state of communicated with an underfloor space.
