<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet, which has further enhanced magnetic characteristics by enhancing an integration degree of crystal orientations in the steel sheet during a secondary recrystallization annealing step. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacture of the grain-oriented electrical steel sheet, this manufacturing method includes conducting the secondary recrystallization annealing step on the condition that the curvature radius of the steel sheet in a rolling direction satisfies a range of 1,000 to 3,100 mm. The electrical steel sheet has an average value of a change rate of the deviation angle of a secondary recrystallization orientation from an ideal Goss orientation around a transverse direction within the rolled surface, along the rolling direction of the same secondary recrystallization grain, in an amount of 0.018 to 0.06°/mm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
