PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agrochemical composition capable of sufficiently reducing residual agrochemicals while adequately exhibiting effects of the agrochemicals, and to provide a residual agrochemical degrading agent. SOLUTION: The agrochemical composition comprises an pesticide active ingredient, and the residual agrochemical degrading agent. Furthermore, the residual agrochemical degrading agent includes a powdery metal-modified apatite in which a part of the metal atoms contained in an apatite crystal structure are photocatalytic metal atoms, and an organic substance film coating the metal-modified apatite. The organic substance film can be degraded by degrading actions possessed by the metal-modified apatite.
