<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for efficiently and easily retrieving an operation log showing an operation in a terminal. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This operation log retrieval system is provided with:an operation log management part 21 for acquiring and managing an operation log showing an operation in a terminal C; a screen information generation part 22 for acquiring screen information including an operation screen; an image display part 23 for displaying the operation screen, and for generating display information; a detection part 24 for detecting an instructing operation on the displayed operation screen, and for acquiring instruction information including instruction positions based on the instructing operation; a retrieval condition generation part 25 for generating retrieval conditions including retrieval positions based on the screen information, display information and instruction information; and an operation log extraction part 26 for extracting the operation log corresponding to the generated retrieval conditions from the operation log management part 21.
