<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fill granular processing agents such as catalysts and filtering media as high-densified as possible. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A pressurizing member 40 having an expanded part 41 with a plurality of fluid passage holes 43 is positioned on the inflow side of a cylindrical body 10, and the part 41 is pressurized and deformed in the direction of one reducer 21 positioned on the outflow side of the body 10. This allows a granular processing agent 100 to be filled in the body 10 with high density since it is pushed inside the body 10 in an amount of deformation of the part 41. In addition, a configuration with a cylindrical metal member 30 provided so as to communicate with a connection tube part of another reducer 21 is presented, so that this allows the granular processing agent to be filled while the member 30 is being elastically deformed, and the agent 100 may be filled with a higher density.
