PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evenly heat a surface of a facility or an apparatus even if a distance to an induction coil or a heating element is not constant in a heating apparatus using electromagnetic induction. SOLUTION: The heating element D is arranged in a rear face side of a surface material of a toilet seat 1, and the induction coil C is arranged like a bottom plate. A plurality of the induction coil C is serially connected, a winding count and/or a cross sectional area of a conducting wire is adjusted in response to a distance with the heating element D, and a heating value of the heating element D is evened as much as possible. In winding of the conducting wire, by setting such that directions of magnetic flux face opposite directions between adjacent induction coils C, the magnetic flux converge to the adjacent induction coils C, and even heating is possible throughout a whole area of the heating element D. Leaking of the magnetic flux to an exterior is reduced, and negative effects to a human body or electronic equipment can be also suppressed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
