PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce failure by performing maintenance depending on operating conditions, to avoid a further overload operation by grasping an overload history and to clear up a cause of failure. SOLUTION: A hydraulic device 30 drives a garbage packing device 20 packing garbage, which is thrown in a garbage throw-in box 6, into a garbage housing 3. A control unit 31 controls the hydraulic device 30, and collects and stores information on operating conditions of the hydraulic device 30. A portable PC 70 (an analyzing means) is constituted to be connectable to the control unit 31 to read out the information stored in the control unit 31 for the analysis of the operating conditions, a part needing maintenance, and maintenance history.
