PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording medium management system capable of adding an element to be enjoyed by a group of players with allowing the players to individually enjoy the game on individual game machines. SOLUTION: When a game is played by a CR game machine 20 by throwing negotiable value recording mediums C, group-registered by a group check-in device 70, into a CR unit 10, transaction information and game results of the individual negotiable value recording mediums C bundled by a registered group ID are collected and managed by a prepaid system management computer 50. When a group game is checked out by a group check-out device 80, the totalling result of the group is transmitted from the prepaid system management computer 50 to the group check-out device 80, and the totalling result is displayed on the display panel of the group check-out device 80 or printed out, and is given to the group making a group check-out.
