<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work vehicle capable of improving the durability as a clutch, and avoiding inconvenient situations of contact with stand weeds by elaborating a transmission system from an engine to an implement. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The work vehicle is equipped with the engine 5, a mower 2 arranged between the front and rear wheels 11 and 12, a power takeoff shaft 52 for work arranged under the engine 5 and above a front axle case 75, and a hydraulic friction multi-plate type clutch mechanism 54 installed in the power takeoff shaft 52 for the work.
