PURPOSE: A cooling structure of a generator and an electric motor is provided to obtain high heat conduction effect with compared with indirect heat conduction structure by using an insulating member as a heat transfer medium between the stator and the cooling cover. CONSTITUTION: In a generator and an electric motor, a cooling device is installed on a stator(200). The cooling device includes a cooling cover(300), and the cooling cover is installed along the circumference of the stator. A cooling water path(320) is formed inside the cooling cover, and an inlet for the cooling water is formed at the one side of the cooling cover. An outlet for the cooling water outlet(340) is formed at the other side of the cooling cover. An Insulating element(500) is installed at a gap of the cooling cover and the stator. |
