PURPOSE: A memory apparatus and the driving method of the same are provided to minimize the area of the memory device by sharing a plurality of memory cell. CONSTITUTION: The memory device and driving method includes the memory device, the first transistor, and the first switching transistor and the first coupling capacitors. The memory device includes a substrate and a floating gate. The first transistor reads out data. The first switching transistor is connected to a dataline. The coupling capacitor is serially connected with the memory device. The first coupling capacitors include the second electrode electrically connected to the first electrode, and the word line.
