When a call request signal is received from a client, a vehicle is selected and dispatched based on the client' s position information, and when a call approval request is received from a vehicle terminal, at least one of departure information and destination information is provided to the vehicle terminal, such that the corresponding vehicle can receive a path guidance service to the departure point or the destination. Therefore, efficiency is increased when a vehicle call service is provided. That is, the client or driver can cooperatively provide a navigation service and a call service without additional explanation based on position information, and the efficiency of managing the call service system is increased since the agent needs no standby time. Further, the client conveniently sets the departure point and destination, and the client' s reliability for the service is increased since the client' s boarding information can be provided by using a communication device registered by the client such as a mobile phone.
