PURPOSE: A stage for golf swing exercise capable of two stage height and angle control is provided, which enables a user to perform golf swing exercise in various environments. CONSTITUTION: A stage for golf swing exercise capable of two stage height and angle control comprises an upper plate(10A), a lower plate(10B), a first stage cylinder part, four angular displacement cylinder(20), a support cylinder(30), a hydraulic supply system(40), and a hydraulic supply line. The upper plate is equipped with four contact side boards(11) which are concavely formed in the bottom surface. The lower plate is installed at an interval from the bottom of the upper plate. The first stage cylinder part is floated up and down. The four angular displacement cylinders include two stage cylinder part which is floated up and down. The hydraulic supply system supplies fluid pressure to the angular displacement cylinder and support cylinder or blocks it. The hydraulic supply line connects the angular displacement cylinder, support cylinder, and hydraulic supply system.
