<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer supply device capable of suppressing developer from being flocculated in the vicinity of a supply port. <P>SOLUTION: A toner cartridge 34 includes: a toner cartridge main body 42; an agitator 58; and a Mylar 66 provided on the side of the supply port 48 of the agitator 58 and rotated integrally with the agitator 58. In the Mylar 66, a blade portion 70 is composed of a plurality of cut portions 68. Then, when the agitator 58 is rotated in the toner cartridge main body 42, the Mylar 66 is rotated as well. A part of toner conveyed toward the supply port 48 is conveyed in a direction opposite to a conveying direction by the Mylar 66, to circulate the toner in the vicinity of the supply port 48.
