CONTAINER WITH LABEL, AND WRAPPING LABEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container having a label with an anti-slippage function that can be manufactured more easily.

SOLUTION: This container 10 having a label thereon is roughly divided into a container body 12 and a wrapping label 14 covering the container body 12. The wrapping label 14 is completed by heating and shrinking a heat shrinking foamed resin sheet 16 and closely contacting it to the container body 12 under a state in which the container body 12 is covered with the foamed resin sheet 16. This foamed resin sheet 16 is formed with a plurality of slit lines 20 in advance. When the foamed resin sheet 16 is heated and shrunken, the edge part of each of the slit lines 20 is protruded (peeled) outside to form a fine protrusion. This fine protrusion is engaged with fingers of a user to prevent the container 10 from being slipped and dropped.
