<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive conductive paste capable of achieving higher resolution. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive conductive paste includes an organic component containing a photosensitive organic component, and a conductive powder, and is characterized in that: the conductive powder contains conductive powder having a particle diameter of not more than 2 μm by 30 to 50 mass%; the organic component contains an unsaturated fatty acid; and the content of the unsaturated fatty acid in the photosensitive conductive paste ranges from 0.5 to 5 mass%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
