<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately control a sheet thickness of a resin material discharged from a discharge port. <P>SOLUTION: A nozzle device for resin extruding is equipped with a pair of lips 10 connected in such a state that lip surfaces 11 are opposed to each other, and an adjusting means 20 for adjusting the mutual distance of the lip surfaces 11, and the resin material is discharged from the slit shaped discharge port 12 composed in the space between the lip surfaces 11. The nozzle device for resin extruding is equipped with a measuring surface 13 provided on the lips 10 in parallel with the lip surface 11 in an outside part of the discharge port 12, and a displacement sensor 30 which is held by the lips 10 opposed to the measuring surface 13, and measures the distance from a predetermined measuring reference to the measuring surface 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
