<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microbubble generator for improving concentration of microbubbles in liquid. <P>SOLUTION: This microbubble generator includes a drawn pipe conduit section DP having an annular pipe conduit section 71A, introducing the bath water 150a branched from a return pipe 60b as an external pipe conduit to the annular pipe conduit section and returning the same to the return pipe, a first flow rate adjustment valve 74 for adjusting a flow rate of the bath water flowing into the annular pipe conduit section from the return pipe, a second flow rate adjustment valve 75 for adjusting a flow rate of the bath water returning from the annular pipe conduit section to the return pipe, a circulation pump 76 connected to the annular pipe conduit section and circulating the bath water flowing into the annular pipe conduit section in the annular pipe conduit section, and a microbubble generating section 77 disposed in the annular pipe conduit section and generating the micro bubbles in the bath water flowing into the annular pipe conduit section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
