摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly set an internal clock of a parking fee adjustment machine based on time information to be provided from the outside even when a receiving state of an atomic clock is poor due to an installation place or surrounding environment, or even at a small parking lot, and to exactly set the internal clock of the parking fee adjustment machine by hardly modifying the existing parking fee adjustment machine. <P>SOLUTION: Time of the internal clock of a parking lot management machine 3 is set by the time information received from an NTP server 20. Then, a time adjustment signal is transmitted from the parking lot management machine 3 to the parking fee adjustment machine 2 using communication by a polling system between the parking lot management machine 3 and the parking fee adjustment machine 2. An hour value and a minute value of the internal clock of the parking fee adjustment machine 2 are set based on an hour value, a minute value, and a second value included in the time adjustment signal, and a second value of the internal clock of the parking fee adjustment machine 2 is set to zero in timing that the parking fee adjustment machine 2 receives the time adjustment signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
