<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal panel method for manufacturing eliminating the deviation of upper and lower boards in dividing a mother board. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the liquid crystal panel by joining a first mother board and a second mother board and carrying out laser scribing of the first mother board and second mother board to break them, comprises forming no shielding film on the laser-scribed position of a first surface, facing the second mother board, of the first mother board and a second surface, facing the first mother board, of the second mother board, focusing a laser beam on the second surface to scribe the second mother board, and focusing the laser beam on a laser beam incident surface of the first mother board to scribe the first mother board. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
