PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL, DRIVING METHOD FOR PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL, AND PLASMA DISPLAY DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of cancelling or reducing uneven luminance caused by voltage drop regarding a plasma display panel (PDP).

SOLUTION: The PDP 10 has a structure wherein two types of cells (A, B) each having a mutually different discharging timing are arranged on a screen in a zigzag state. Two types of cells (A, B) have different discharge gap lengths (Ga, Gb) on the basis of differences between areas and lengths of projections of electrodes (2a) of respective cells. Voltage drop can be reduced due to dispersion of discharge timings of respective cells. Uneven luminance can be dissolved or reduced as a display characteristic because a design characteristic based on such an arrangement pattern is overlapped on a panel manufacturing characteristic.
