<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for a conductive roll of an electrophotographic apparatus, through the use of which, a roll is manufactured in a short period of time, dispensing with a drying process, and solving roll quality problems, such as characteristic variation, settling and contamination, and also to provide the electrophotographic apparatus conductive roll using the resin composition. <P>SOLUTION: The resin composition for a conductive roll for an electrophotographic apparatus is essentially composed of polytetramethylene glycol diglycidyl ether, and contains light cation polymerization initiator. The electrophotographic apparatus conductive roll includes: a shaft body 1; and one or a plurality of constitutional layers 2 and 3 formed on the outer periphery of the shaft body 1.
