摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a maintenance period by an optimal technique from state monitoring data. <P>SOLUTION: Quality of inspections to be performed for each failure mode of equipment is digitized, and the maintenance period is calculated by either of multivariable analysis, trend management, or an estimation plan by the digitized total quality of inspections. Thus, this maintenance plan support system is provided with: an inspection data input means; a means for storing the input inspection data by data category; an importance determination means for digitizing in advance inspection items set corresponding to equipment failure mode based on strength of relevance with equipment failure; a maintenance classification means for determining the maintenance period based on the total numeric value of the inspection items by failure mode by the importance determination means, the category of inspection data, and the maximum numeric values of the inspection items; an importance determination means of maintenance corresponding to the equipment failure mode by the inspection data from the input data; and an operation means for calculating the maintenance period by being applied to a maintenance method determined by the maintenance classification means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
