<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an estimation request system capable of performing transaction without anxiety. <P>SOLUTION: The estimation request system is provided with an evaluation database 22 storing the evaluation information of customers, and outputs the evaluation information of each customer when selecting the customer transmitting an estimation request. This can provide an estimation request system that can perform transaction without anxiety. Evaluation information estimated by each branch office is managed unitarily in the evaluation database 22.
