<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility information collection apparatus, a facility information collection method and a program for estimating a category of users using a facility. <P>SOLUTION: When more than a predetermined amount of vehicle information indicating characteristics of chassis of vehicles which park at a store 5 (facility) are collected from the store 5, a CPU 11 estimates a sex or an age group of main users of the store 5 based on the collected vehicle information.
