<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print a plurality of medical images collectively without changing the order of radiography if the plurality of medical images are selected as objects for printing from a series of medical images captured by the serial radiography. <P>SOLUTION: According to the medical image managing device 3, if a medical image is selected by the operation of an operation part 34 from candidates for printing displayed in an output image selection column of a printing screen (an imager printing screen 354 and a universal printing screen 355) while other medical images are already selected as objects for printing, the order of printing of the selected medical images is set so that the selected medical image and the already selected other medical images continue in the order of radiography (the order of serial slice numbers).
