PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent such a defect that clamping pressure is lowered, in a clamping mechanism of a tool pallet to which chips and sludge may frequently be applied, particularly, when clamping a workpiece for machining. SOLUTION: In this clamping mechanism 3, a clamp pin 10 is inserted into a pin insertion hole 20h of a workpiece receiving part 6 through a through-hole Wh of the workpiece W. The clamp pin 10 is non-detachably held by a ball plunger 16. The workpiece W is pressed and held by a plurality of disc springs 17. A pipe 18 is inserted into center holes of the disc springs 17 to prevent chips and sludge from intruding into gaps between the disc springs 17 by the pipe 18. Since the inside of the pipe is formed in a pin insertion hole 18p, the clamp pin 10 can be inserted into the pipe 18. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
