<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cabinet with a cooling function can increase the degree of freedom of arrangement of a cooling device, and increase cooling capacity without increasing cost. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This cabinet with a cooling function is characteristically structured such that a plurality of mounting parts of the same shape making the inside and outside of the cabinet 1 communicate with each other are formed; and a cooling unit 3 configured to cool the inside of the cabinet 1 by subjecting the inside and outside of the cabinet 1 to heat exchange with each other, and a power unit 2 having a D.C. power part supplying power to the cooling unit 3 are allowed to be selectively mounted to the mounting parts.
