摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ignition detecting method for a gas turbine, for detecting the ignition of a combustor independently of the starting conditions of the gas turbine when hot or cold started. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The ignition detecting method is provided for the gas turbine which consists of the combustor 2 for combusting air and fuel, a turbine 3 to be driven by combustion gas from the combustor, an exhaust gas temperature detector 21 for detecting an exhaust gas temperature on the outlet side of the turbine, and a rotating speed detector 23 for detecting the rotating speed of the turbine. It comprises computing the rate of a change of the exhaust gas temperature per unit rotating speed after an ignition command is output to the combustor, and determining that the combustor is ignited when the rate of the change in a predetermined period from a time for outputting the ignition command is a predetermined value or greater.
