<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material treatment machine capable of enhancing the visibility of an indicating lamp to a worker for throwing materials into a hopper. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Right and left indicating lamps 26, 27 and a rear indicating lamp 28 for informing the operational state of a mixing device 23 are arranged on the lower side of a hopper 14. When earth and sand is thrown into the hopper 14 of a soil improving machine 1 by using a hydraulic shovel or the like, workers can view each of indicating lamp 26, 27, 28 at a proximal position. Thus, workers can visually watch the lit state of either of the left indicating lamp 26, the right indicating lamp 27 and the rear indicating lamp 28, and the operational state of the mixing device 23 can be correctly grasped. As a result, the input amount of earth and sand into the hopper 14 can be adequately adjusted according to the operational state of the mixing device 23, and the work efficiency when generating improved soil by using the soil quality improving machine 1 can be enhanced.
