<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which can set a menu without printing many times. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus includes switches A to D for inputting a menu item and a set value and with a switch F for decision-printing, and when the switches A to D input the menu item and the set value and the switch F decides the input item and the set value, the decided item and set value are printed.
