GAS GENERATOR COMPOSITION

A gas generator composition is provided which has satisfactory slug-forming properties. The gas generator composition comprises 10-60 mass% fuel, 10-70 mass% oxidizing agent, and 1-20 mass% coolant other than iron oxide. The coolant has a volume-average particle diameter (D50) of 10-70 µm and a 10% volume-cumulative particle diameter (D10) of 5 µm or larger. By the action of the coolant, combustion temperature is lowered and, simultaneously therewith, slug-forming properties are heightened.
