PURPOSE: A system for optimally selecting a marine route for radioactive wastes is provided to enable the optimal delivery of radioactive wastes by selecting a safe marine route. CONSTITUTION: A system for optimally selecting a marine route for radioactive wastes includes: a database(10) that stores a marine route path, a weather condition, a marine distance, and the results processed in a CPU; an initial condition input unit(11) that inputs a shipment condition, a departure and an arrival; a short marine delivery path selecting module(12) that selects a shortest path between the departure and the arrival; a marine condition analysis module that analyzes a marine condition; an evaluation module(13) that evaluates the security and the economical efficiency between the results of a marine condition analysis module and the marine delivery route; and an optimal marine delivery selection unit(15) that selects an optimal marine delivery route by using the results of the evaluation module. |
